The CSJ Crown Drill Bit (7D) is a high-speed, high-precision indexable deep-hole drill engineered for demanding machining environments. Featuring a front-locking body, secure side-locking tip, and internal coolant supply, it provides superior chip evacuation, reduced cycle times, and extended tool life for drilling depths up to 7 times the drill diameter (7D).
Designed for heavy-duty metalworking, the CSJ Crown Drill Bit delivers maximum rigidity and precise hole alignment in deep-hole drilling applications. Its front-locking mechanism coupled with a side-locking drill tip ensures fast, secure tip changes without removing the holder from the machine, significantly reducing downtime.
Equipped with internal cooling channels, the tool directs high-pressure coolant straight to the cutting edge, effectively suppressing heat build-up and blasting chips out of deep bores. The adjustable diameter range (24.00 mm – 24.99 mm) offers exceptional versatile modularity for medium-to-large hole opening projects.
