1. Order Processing Time

• Handling Time: All standard orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after full payment is confirmed.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your shipment tracking number and tracking link.

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Xiangriyang is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspection, extreme weather, peak shopping seasons, or local carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• Shipping Cost: Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on the total package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination.

• Bulk & Heavy Goods: For high-volume B2B orders or heavy power tools, specialized air freight or ocean freight shipping options may be arranged upon request. Please contact us directly for custom shipping quotes.

4. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Tariffs

• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, all international orders are shipped under DDU terms.

• Buyer’s Responsibility: Import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), local sales taxes, customs fees, and administrative handling charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Customs Clearance: Customs clearance procedures vary by country. If a package is held or delayed by local customs authorities, the buyer is required to cooperate with customs by providing necessary documentation or paying applicable taxes to clear the shipment.

5. Order Tracking & Status Updates

• Once your package is in transit, you can track its real-time progress using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

• Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking code for the carrier system to update the logistics information.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

• Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged or open, please take photographs of the damaged package, shipping label, and internal items immediately, and notify us within 48 hours of delivery at xiangriyang368@gmail.com.

• Lost Packages: If tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking has stopped updating for more than 10 business days, please contact our customer support team so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
