Engineered for demanding machining environments, the CSJ Crown Drill Bit redefines efficiency in deep-hole drilling. This tool utilizes an advanced indexable crown/insert system that allows for rapid tip replacement directly inside the machine, drastically reducing downtime and eliminating the need for regrinding.
With a substantial 7D (7x Diameter) drilling depth capability, it utilizes a highly secure front-locking body combined with a side-locking tip mechanism to combat high torsional forces. The internal cooling channels direct high-pressure coolant straight to the cutting edges, instantly cooling the workpiece and flushing out chips to ensure flawless surface finishes and extended tool life.
