Designed for heavy-duty metalworking, the CSJ Crown Drill Bit series redefines efficiency in deep-hole drilling. This 4D-depth drill body accommodates a diameter range of 28.00–28.99 mm and features an advanced front-locking mechanism paired with a side-locking drill tip. This dual-security design allows for rapid insert replacement directly on the machine, drastically minimizing downtime. Equipped with dual internal coolant channels, it pumps fluid directly to the cutting edge, effectively reducing thermal stress and ensuring seamless chip evacuation during high-speed operations.
