1. Return Eligibility & Window

  • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    1. Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

    2. In its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, protective covers, and accessories.

    3. Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items):

    • Custom-made, specialized, or custom-ordered industrial tools.

    • Consumable tool parts (such as drill bits, saw blades, or abrasive wheels) that have been used, mounted, or subjected to operation/wear.

    • Products damaged due to improper operation, incorrect power voltage, overloading, or unauthorized modification.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any items back, please email our support team at xiangriyang368@gmail.com with:

    • Your Order Number.

    • Clear photos or videos showing the item, its packaging, and the reason for the return (especially if damaged or defective).

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return authorization and the exact shipping address for the return warehouse.

  3. Important Notice: Unsolicited returns (items sent back without prior approval) will not be accepted or processed.

3. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Charges

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, manufacturing defect, or damaged during transit), Xiangriyang will cover all return shipping costs or send a replacement free of charge.

  • Customer Preference Returns (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size/specification selected by mistake, or change of mind:

    • The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs and customs duties.

    • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds Procedure

  • Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and informing you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Refund Processing:

    • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).

    • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund credit to reflect on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank policy.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged shipping box, shipping label, and the damaged product so we can file a claim with the carrier and dispatch a replacement promptly.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement or before the package has been dispatched.

  • After Shipment: If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must follow our standard Return Procedure upon receiving the package.
